What it means to us to be associated
with
The Happy Neighborhood Project as a Happy Business.
After meeting Edwin Edebiri, Chief Happiness Officer of the Happy Neighborhood Project I was very impressed with his positive attitude and commitment to stay happy but also spread happiness. As the Owner of Sac City Tech, I decided to get on board with Edwin’s Happy Business efforts!
In striving to meet the goals of a “Happy Business” our goal at Sac City Tech is very simple.
Provide Great Customer Service by treating each client with respect and doing what is necessary to insure the most positive experience possible even if it means that we must refer the client to another business if we can’t meet the client requirements!
Final thoughts
Remember Good Customer Service? Remember when people knew how to count change back properly and not place coins on top of the bills in your hand at the drive through where it can slide off and fall to the ground? Remember when people acted like professionals and were proud of their trade and showed the pride through their service to their customers and clients? Remember when you got some level of undivided attention without someone constantly looking at their phone to see who’s texting them?
Many of these skills have been lost or missed with many people and businesses. We plan to change that! When you talk or meet with us, our phone is silenced, you get our undivided attention and we do whatever possible to meet your requirements. All of our clients are VIPs, plain and simple!
