Privacy will be offered for about $8 / year which hides your address, email, etc. when people lookup your domain to find the owner. If you have a business address or P.O. Box, you may wish to use that information as opposed to personal information. Otherwise, if you want the extra protection, spring for the privacy and the cost will add to your domain registration cost.
