Video Purchase Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your custom video purchase agreement, these terms apply upon on payment. Some terms are specific to the video type and will be described below. All terms and prices are subject to change at anytime, however we will honor pricing and offer details once an order is paid in full.

Standard Videos

For Standard Videos which include our animated videos, whiteboard videos, video slideshows or any other form of video delivered to the client as a movie file such as MP4, the following terms apply.

Refunds are only given if requested before work has been started on the video which would be after a 48 hour waiting period. If a refund is requested after the waiting period but before delivery, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged due to the time already spent creating the video. No refunds are granted once the video has been delivered.

Other terms may be included in your specific contract as the standard videos are custom designed per order based on client requirements.

Interactive Videos

Interactive videos differ from standard videos in that they must be hosted on our servers to work. For this reason, no video files are delivered to the client. Instead, a link that can be sent via email and posted on social media to view the video. Embed code is also provided to the client which can be added to a webpage or blog post. For interactive videos, refunds are only given if requested before work has been started on the video which would be after a 48 hour waiting period. If a refund is requested after the waiting period but before delivery, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged due to the time already spent creating the video. No refunds are granted for the video creation once the video has been completed. Since interactive videos must be hosted on our servers, a monthly fee is required to keep the video hosted with payment made in advance of each month with a payment subscription in the amount of $30 each month. Hosting is sold in 1 month increments with the reoccurring payments on approximately the same day of the month as the initial payment. Hosting fees are not refundable once the hosting period has started. A 30 Day notice is required to cancel a subscription. If this subscription is cancelled by the client, it is understood that the video will be turned off until such time that the account is brought current and subscription reestablished. For any offers that include a number of free months of video hosting, the free months will become void and invalid in the event of any refund request. Videos may be removed from our servers if a subscription has not be active for more than 90 days.

General Terms For All Videos

Unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement, Sac City Tech owns the copyrights to all video works created even though the client is granted usage rights. These videos may not be copied in whole or part, resold or distributed in a way that generates any type of profit or payment including bundling with packages of any sort without express written permission from Sac City Tech.

Disclaimer

Sac City Tech makes no claims or guarantees that these videos will produce any financial gains or other results of any kind. As with all marketing, there are no guarantees. It is the sole responsibility of the client to use these videos in a legal and appropriate fashion to fit the clients needs and goals by promoting through various marketing channels. The client agrees to hold Sac City Tech, it’s owners, associates, service providers and other business partners completely harmless of any and all damages including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of data, lost sales, damage to equipment, personal injury, legal costs. Purchaser of these videos accept full responsibility and consequences for the purchase of, and use of any of these videos and agree to fully abide by these terms as well as any terms spelled out in any purchase agreements.

Hosting is required for interactive videos You have two options: 1) You can pay monthly via subscription after your free month is up, and you will be sent a subscription invoice to make payments. 2) You can save on your video hosting with this prepayment option. You may purchase 1 or 2 years. Prepaid hosting is not refundable. This prepaid offer will not be available after you leave this page.
